more tulips

Trying to get ready to go to the island early tomorrow morning, This is a emergency quick blip - no filters- to record my tulips that I fear will be the worse for weather and wear in a week when we return.   

And just a word about the ballet from thursday night: an all William Forsythe program with very amazing athletic dancing to beautiful Handel, Mozart, Bach and Shubert …..and then there was the last piece which was all electronic jumpy noise and banging and very harsh lighting—what a versatile choreographer! (I preferred the first pieces.)

Off to Pacific Musicworks concert tonight , “An American Tune”  …..like Stephen Foster…..


And then it’s water and trees for a week…….hope this windstorm today will have moved on by the time we get there....
