Three Little Pigs

My neighbous have just acquired three piglets who were very curious when I called too see them. We raised pigs here on the land many years ago at this age I couldn't have imagined them going off to be slaughtered at seven months but they were enormous by that age. We ran a course, headed by a local chef which was all about using every part of the animal. nothing wasted. It was a good experience but not one I wish to repeat as we eat very little meat these days.
