Future Figs

Spent the day today, with a load of folk, in the home of a Dutch family, still learning Portuguese here in Lisbon - miraculously, they found this abandoned small holding to rent, with a huge house and loads of garden, with figs, olives, oranges, a winery, and more, for their three small kids to play in - instead of an apartment. And now they are paying her rent, the landlady has started pruning the trees and clearing; meanwhile, it's a paradise for their children.

Trying to decide the best use of our remaining days here...
