Tea

A day struggling with a heavy cold, shopping in Deal, the Six Nations Rugby, a little post on the Blipfoto Friends FB page and making some tea.

This some local cod baked with tomatoes, garlic and red peppers. Baked potatoes and spinach. Delicious. It's the cod season.

The fishmonger in Deal doing a great Dover Deal on Dover Sole - 3lbs for £10.
