Chilling
Saturday night's treats after a four hour round trip to Milton Keynes to do a presentation at a psychology tutors' conference. Enough said! I couldn't wait for the wine to chill, so a couple of ice cubes are working their magic.
I never used to like dark chocolate but after doing the 'Harcombe' diet I love it. My taste buds have changed and I'm easily managing to stay two pounds below my target weight, even with the odd bit if dark chocolate and glass of wine. Happy days!
