Reflections
What a grand spring day we are having. Temperature is up to 11C which is the highest we have had so far, and the sun has shone all day.
Got up quite early, even after dancing last evening, as I had promised to help at the coffee morning in the church. Today was for Kidney Research, and M and I did our usual rolls and sausage which always go down a treat. The church was packed, it was lovely to see so many people there, and there were several other things going on in the other rooms.
The minister almost didn't get his roll and sausage as he was hosting a youth meeting, and the boys came to get some rolls and sausage but forgot to count Gordon. However, I took one through to him and he was happy in the end.
In the afternoon we had a wee trip to the garden centre down the Clyde Valley, and the HG purchased some things for himself and also for a friend who had asked for some help with her containers. And I found some things of interest too! On the way home we were impressed by the reflections of the old bridge in Strathaven.
Home now and soon preparing dinner, before going to the ceilidh; yes three nights in a row, tomorrow I am going to sit down all day!!!!
Hope you blippers are having such wonderful weather and a good weekend.
Thanks to all who gave me stars and hearts and have put this picture in the popular pages. Much appreciated.
