......pile of elderly paperwork and miscellaneous 'stuff' to wade through this morning in search of a suddenly essential single sheet of A4......it may take some time......and a few bin bags......

......and that lot up there will be first in the bag, no idea why I kept 'em, I think it's some drawings I did in the early 90's to include in a valuation exam paper.....maybe......
