Day and Night
It had to be documented before it is over: the biggest white plum tree I have ever seen in a perfect bloom. Already a little late as the first fresh green leaves are opening. At the bottom of this picture you can see the doors of a three car garage, just to give you an idea how immense this tree is. It fills the air with a scent of honey. The other tree is a cottonwood tree, also very large but not as high as the other. It is my favorite here in our neighborhood and it is blooming too, although not as spectacularly as the plum. Its blossoms are little catkin like grey and reddish things and it is over and over covered . The pink blossoms are already getting a little pale. The night sight was what we saw when we left the fancy restaurant in which we have celebrated our anniversary.
