Bangor 10k

Left for Wales at 9.30ish am, and arrived in Bangor in time for 12pm to meet up with Owain, Tess, Lora & the babies. Owain was running in the Bangor 10k, and did really well - 40minsish

Went for a lovely lunch afterwards at Y Felinheli. Arrived back at home at 6pm, did some much needed Italian revision and am now going to finish watching this exhilarating German silent film from 1927 - "Metropolis"
