shrewsbury

i've lived in shrewsbury for nearly two years now and still manage to stumble across new treats while wondering around. this building was built in 1610 and both king charles i and king james ii have stayed here. and while on a search to find tahini in the old hospital parade i stumbled across a really cool shop called 'antik' which is full of interesting and unique items from all over europe. my budget limited me to a tea towel.

i heart shrewsbury.

oh and at squash tonight i lost but i played the best i've probably ever played. including the best shot i've ever played which i am still feeling pretty smug about. i defo think the introduction of yoga this week has transformed my game.
