Padana

This is a Padana pizza from pizza express. It's one of my faves and you can get them in the supermarket now.

I bought two large veggie pizzas this week as I was due to have a much needed catch up with a friend but she had to cancel at the last minute so Friday's usual curry has turned into this healthier option. The last time I ate Padana pizza it was in very different circumstances and in a proper sit down Pizza Express, it didn't look anything like this one and I'd had a less work intensive day. Things felt very different.

I have a list of to dos to write and tackle this evening. I am exhausted. I need to do a bit more work on my corrections and then get them sent off tomorrow for the final time. With a lot of luck I can book a hotel and safely arrive at it tomorrow. If I don't get that far then I guess it's for a reason, most things that happen unexpectedly are . . .
