The Eclipse

Well many picture will be posting on Blip today of the Solar Eclipse that was witnessed here in the UK.

I'm sure some were very happy and unfortunately due to the wonderful British weather that we get...some were not!!

I decided to head down to North Queensferry and since I was limited in the zoom capability of my lens, I decided to use the Rail Bridge as a bit of foreground interest.

Exposure was headache - even with the use of ND and Grad filters....but fortunately the Scottish weather came to my rescue and with a bit of cloud cover I was more than happy with this shot.
