The old rugged cross.

I  went into town this morning to get a few odds & ends, and as i past the church, i saw that the wooden cross has been put up.  You can just see at the bottom, a small plaque has been placed there in memory of two Nuns.  I thought that the tape that has been used to put the cross together, rather spoils the image. Surely twine would have been more in keeping!  J met me ,and we had lunch out the garden. Still no sign of any birds using my new feeder, so J  has painted it green. If that doesn't work, it will have to be thrown away. It's the weekend, so hope you all have a great one, whatever you may be doing.
