Tom's Pizza!

Since i've been on this Every Other Day diet thing i haven't graced the steps of Tom's Pizza in Baddeck....but today i did!   I had a great swim at the Inverary Pool, then a slice of veggie at Tom's!   Tom is originally from Scotland and still has the accent to prove it.   He opened  the pizza here on Cape Breton Island in 1985 and has won many awards for his amazing pizza!   It really is the best pizza on the Island!

Sunny and a bit milder today.   The guy with the back hoe arrived at 7 am - which meant we were up at 6.30 am getting coffee on etc.   This is an ungodly hour for us.....but it had to be done!   Now the roads to the cabins are clear, the parking lot is clear....and Terry fixed his plow!   A huge sigh of relief all round!
