Summer on the streets

Summer. Liverpool. Friends. Steph driving me and Tom to Lime Street Station in her open top Megane.

We had a great weekend and stayed in the Bridge Inn in the wonderful Port Sunlight, built by the Levers in 1900 as a temperance hotel. They decided to let women vote on the temperance issue, not predicting that women would vote for alcohol in order to get the men out from under their feet.
