A bird in the hand

Another lovely sunny day. Only 5 miles cycling today , we learnt our lesson from yesterday as we were still saddle sore.

We cycled along the Wirral Way to West Kirby & sat in the sun, had a coffee & some of our packed lunch looking out over the estuary.

This strange wooden sculpture sits at Thurstaston in the Wirral Country park.
