Super Grabs, Hastings Seafront

Another trip to the seaside - the second in three days for me! I love English seaside resorts - from the genteel to the full in your face, gaudy places like Hastings. It's kitsch, sometimes a bit grubby and untidy but also bursting with life and fun. There's a funfair ( of which Super Grabs is, of course, a part of), ice cream available on tap, arcades, pubs, fish and chip shops, bucket and spade emporiums, the newly opened Jerwood Gallery and lots more besides. It was a hot day today with beer bellies, tattoos and sunburn on full display - and kids running left, right and centre. All you could want from a day by the sea.
