No need to wing it

Took the clamps off and checked with a tutor and the join was approved.
At last I can get on. Cleaned it up and flattened the back then drew the outline.
It was very close, just 2mm on each side. Still it does fit and the edge is still thick enough.
Cut out the outline, then time to pack up and go.
