Catch... and throw back Thursday

Youngest had a track meet today, so we went there to see him run. While waiting for his event, a couple of boys on the inner field played a game. First they decided on a thrower and a catcher. Then the chosen person threw a cellphone high through the air and the other one started running to catch it. Needless to say, the phone wasn't caught on several occasions. 
I have to confess, I was a bit flabbergasted while watching this going on for at least 15 minutes. I feel old and a bit jealous too. In my time we had to use a tennis ball to play these games. Now they get to throw cellphones of a couple of hundred dollars to each other. Times have changed...
