A day of chasing my tail

Woke up at 7:02. Bliss. Munchie came into womsie room for a cuddle then went back to our room, no idea what time this was....I went into Woms room around 1:30 and just snuggled down on thr futon, better than waking up a poorly daddy

Daddy on the mend but no work again today. Loved his capture of Wom behind bars

Swimming.
Both did really well. Munchie swan 5m on her back unaided, she would have done 10m if she hadn't have gone off course so much!

Home, put womsie to bed and daddy on the sofa and popped out to pick up auntie Sarah's phone and get essential fuel.
Munch fell fast asleep in the car so plonked her on the sofa when we got home.

Womsie had his lunch then sought on his big sister and held her hand as she slept. Too cute

Daddy headed out to see a gunsmith on the promise of meeting me in staff carpark at 3:15 so he could take the children home whilst I did parents evening.

I got to school, no sign of daddy. Texted him. Took children into school. No daddy. Daddy stuck in traffic. Took them both down to my room which Munchie thought was amaxing, Wom liked the chairs. Then as time ticked on I went up to main school and located auntie Helena who had very kindly offered to look after them, Munchie loved the whiteboard and the interactive board. Tears when they left.

Parents evening was long, but all ok.
Home
Both children still awake.
Daddy said it was so I could see them, me thinks it might have been because they were both being utter tinkers for him.

Wom was in bed, asleep within five minutes of being home, Munchie within fifteen.

Tired, very tired.
Meeting munchies BFF tomorrow at Croome. Looking forward to the eclipse.
