Snow days back in the day!

On senior awards night one of our class advisors puts together a slideshow.  The slideshow contains old pictures from when we were in elementary school.  All the seniors are asked to bring in pictures that they can find and then they are scanned into the computer.  I was going through my old pictures and I came across a lot of pictures that brought back a lot of memories.  This is a picture of two of my best friends and me after we had a big snowstorm.  I remember that they came over for a sleepover on a snowy Friday night.  We put our snowsuits on that night and went out to play in the snow.  The next morning when we woke up and looked out the window we saw that there had to be at least two feet of snow.  We each got a sled and hiked about a mile behind my house to this big hill.  Even though it was pretty cold outside, plowing through the snow will dragging sleds was pretty tiring and by the time we got to the hill we were sweating.  We must have gone up and down this hill at least 15 times.  After we decided to call it a day we hiked back to my house and made some hot chocolate and ate some lunch.  I will never forget this day because I had so much fun and I was with my best friends.
