Dr Bear was called away from his blipping   medical duties in order to assist with a very important resuscitation. His diagnosis  is that the new 'Blip' is very much in its infancy but has a steady, if somewhat fast, heartbeat. With care and attention it should do well but may need to spend a little time in intensive care.
