#BLIPFOTO FOREVER

Well having gone to bed slightly buoyed by Joe's blip yesterday, to then lying awake worrying about what might happen if a buyer isn't found for our beloved Blip, to reading the news this morning that it looks as though a deal is being done to save our site........I have to say I got slightly misty eyed as I was reading it! I know, silly isn't it that something virtual can come to mean so much to so many (oooh get me, that sounds a bit Churchill esque !!! Lol) and I've only been blipping 305 days, so goodness knows how relieved those of you who have been blipping for years must feel!

Our blips today must demonstrate our long term commitment to the site for the prospective new owners and isn't it nice to put faces to journal names too! Apologies for my scruffy state in the blip, we've been gardening all morning, and placing upturned plant pots with a cane through, over plants that are just breaking through, in order to try and protect them from the guys big boots tomorrow when they come to dismantle and replace that scruffy fence behind me, with a nice (blooming expensive) new one!

The swell of solidarity that has been brought about by the sad enforced changes is quite remarkable and really does show how important Blip is to our daily lives
