Kaiteriteri Beach

Golden sands, placid waters and a gently sloping curve of beach - no wonder this is wall to wall with bodies in summer. I prefer it at this time of year with just a few hardy swimmers and the odd picnicking family.

The wide angle lens has shown both ends of the double curved bay. This is the northern curve and to the right is another , imaginatively called Little Kaiteriteri.
