Happy Mother's Day!

A lie in and lovely salmon & scrambled egg breakfast from Alex saw the start of my Mothers Day.
I picked Ferguson up at lunchtime & he excitedly pressed his gift into my arms.
I met Ian's latest flame also & she seemed nice. It was cute that Ferguson delivered her a big hug when we left too.
The gift, as I half predicted, was a cushion, which, amusingly Ferguson told me the price!
We spent a nice bit of time together before he, understandably, went off to play.
It was a bit weird actually because I spent the rest of the day alone. I'm not whinging or feeling sorry for myself, it's just something that hasn't happened to me before now.
This year, I'm experiencing a number of firsts!
I struggled to sleep, which was annoying, but I did have a pleasant time with Ferguson. He was very sweet.
