Dogs on beaches

The weather has been very spring-like today and we were very warm walking the coast between Praa Sands and Cudden Point on the south coast. Lots of birds including nesting Fulmar, butterflies dancing in front of us but not stopping long enough to snap. Couples lying on the rocks sunbathing, and dogs enjoying the freedom of the beaches before being banned for the summer.

The creek at Devoran was divine an hour before the sun set. Whimbrels calling and an Egret just too far away to get a decent shot.

I liked the silhouette of this couple with their Greyhound on Praa Sands.

I will post a different picture on 365.

Thank you for dropping in and please accept my apologies for not reciprocating, but time is limited when on holiday. Meeting Seascapes at Heligan tomorrow and may try to drop down to Mevagissey to see if we can catch up with SwillinBilly.

Will Blip survive? Time will tell.
