All you need is cash and a guidebook

Writing a blog on my Ghana trip (here), mentioned the guidebook and money, so took this photo for it.
Some 1- and 2- cedi notes are more like filthy rags even than these - must be a greater health hazard than all the food, water and mosquitoes put together.
