Fire pit

Mr Tex brought home this pile of stones last week and promised the kids he'd build a fire pit around an old stump that sits beside the patio...and here it is in action.
Very simple project.  We unloaded them and stacked them in a wobbly circle, moving them depending on how they fit, and cracking a few in two when they were too long - it worked great and with the rain we've had turning the grass green we were able to light it this weekend and cook hot dogs over the fire for all the kids.
