Happy St Patrick's Day

I have cheated somewhat as I took this yesterday but as I have been in and out of hospital today having my kidney stones fragmented, I hope you will excuse me. I was first off the block this morning having a full anaesthetic at 8.30 and home by 4pm so pretty good going despite one of the nurses this morning insisting that I would have to stay in overnight.
