Spanish omelette with leftovers
I decided to try and be a bit healthy as my friend Sarah pointed out I do all this exercise and eat curry and cake and stuff.. So I thought I'd make an omelette for lunch. Both the eggs I used had double yolks (divine intervention) and I had left over roast potatoes cooked in goose fat that I couldn't waste...oh well. I'll try again tomorrow
