BLIP MEET IN THE MOUNTAINS...

... what a top day!

With all the "who ha" going on at present with the future of this great site, it was business as usual for the "Blackheath Blip Group"!

Having the pleasure of meeting Paladian and Rower on there home patch in Adelaide twice previously it has been a pleasure to join Hobbs, isbi, Walking Wombat, Trisharooni, Jolang, and Cybaline today for a most enjoyable time in and around the Blue Mountains.

What an "tour" Hobbs and WW put together, and for Tina & Wayne they have plans for them to show off further areas around the mountains and Janolen Caves for the next couple of days.

Although having taken many shots, when we finish at WW & CCN's for a late afternoon tea, and the gang gangs flew in for a drink my Blip has to be these wonderful birds. 
Considering I have been here on four other occasions and they did not arrive, do you think I am going to NOT get a shot and Blip!!!  Not on your "nelly"!!!!

Liked the reflection in the front bowl as well of it's red head....

And, as you will read in isbi's comment it seems she will now need to consider a "new lens".... lol!! 
But, looking at her pic I doubt she need worry, a top shot.

A gem of a day, and let's hope one way or another this site can continue with some "fresh blood".... why lose all the wonderful work done to date, and lose the potential of keeping in touch with some of the most wonderful people from around this large world, but all the time feeling like you are just around the corner.....

Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE to admire the amazing features of these wonders.
