Fifth Wheel

B's grandparents are in town. They're snowbirds, and unfortunately will only be here for two weeks this go-around. Usually they're here for three to five weeks. But they spent more time farther west because of the harsh winter weather.

They're getting to the point that being snowbirds is too hard on them. Papa's health is declining, and Granny can't drive the truck. This will probably be their last year going south for the winter. Granny is gonna try to get Papa to sell the fifth wheel and possibly the truck.

Depending on how much we may get from the settlement from the car accident last year, I think maybe we should look into buying them. I know it's a big decision, and maybe not the smartest, but there's a lot of things going on in our lives and this could potentially be a way to get into a better situation overall. I'm definitely not going "Omg let's buy it!" I'm just saying we're gonna look into the possibility of buying it, and make an educated and carefully thought about decision based upon that.
