Morning Over the Delaware

I was an early riser today. I woke before sunrise and found myself ready to take on the day.

Wanting to take advantage of the hour I drove over to the river for an inspiring beginning.

Some geese and a cat later I caught this moment ...it cast a quietness over the rest of my day.

That peace helped to keep a calm over the highs and lows that rolled through my morning and afternoon.

Tonight, at this late hour, I'm finally winding down content with the day's work.
