What a Disaster

After a few weeks without baking, we were starting to experience withdrawal symptoms. This is the end result of our spontaneous decision to bake cookies. The mixture was incredibly... moist, so the 'cookies' didn't keep their shape and we ended up with this giant rectangular mess. It's not as if the taste would compensate for how it looked l either, because my flatmate somehow read teaspoons as tablespoons, and we ended up with two tablespoons of salt in the mixture. Of course, he didn't tell me he'd added salt to the flour until afterwards when I said "it tastes strangely salty. We didn't add salt did we?" Oops...
