Up early and W , Juno and Holly and I headed to a local woodland to check the health of it. We walked around lots of regeneration and a very pleasant walk in a budding environment.

Home and football coaching, a good session on playing width.

Back to base and eco son came down to see eco mum. We all went a walk with Juno. 

The ladies headed out for afternoon tea while I tidied the house.

A very good day.
