A carpet of crocuses

The flowers are starting to bloom in public places, all over The Hague, and I can never resist taking photos of them.  Right now, the crocuses and daffodils are out and tulips are starting to push through.  

This is a particularly beautiful grass verge and every time we pass it, Grace points out, "It's a carpet of flowers".
