Thirsty work

Today was the Brussels 20km race and since I couldn't take part I went along to support my friend Janice and the other 30,000 + people running. It was really hot and despite the race time being moved from 3pm to 10am the sun took its toll -and not only on the runners. I found myself in the first aid tent after three hours on the sidelines. Nothing a bottle of water couldn't cure though!
