The joy of movement

I've been back at work today... it was great... who would of thought I'd be saying that... but after all the pain of the last few days it was really good to be up and feeling almost normal again...  still quite stiff but functioning once more... 

celebrated this evening with wild boar burgers and sweet potato chips... 

thanks to the peeps who've given me lots of sympathy and good wishes over the last couple of days... it's clearly doing the trick :-)
