Belated Mother's day thoughts

This eternal calendar was sewn by my mum many years ago.  She died more than 10 years ago, and dad has reduced his "householdings" considerably.  I acquired this.  I am not very good at remembering to change the date - it will probably stay on 16th March for several days, if not weeks, now.

I have been closely following the developments around the liquidation of Blipfoto - on Facebook and on various peoples posts here.  I hope, for everyone's sake, that Blipfoto survives.  I am still fairly new to blipping, but even so, I have an emotional attachment to the site.  None of the other proposed "photo a day" sites seem quite so good.
