Cake time

Yesterday I made two cakes, with daughter's help. The one on the right is a victoria sponge, which she had to make for Home Economics homework. We hand whipped the cream and everything. The one on the left she made for her mum for mother's day.
I cruelly thought I wouldn't get to eat either, but luckily the victoria sponge one only had to be photographed as evidence. So today we ate cake.
PS - yes I have seen all the stuff about Blipfoto going into liquidation. I've started up a photo blog and copied over this year's lot. I'll see if I have the strength to do last year as well. I'll see if it is the end of blipfoto before switching off here.
