Promenading

Sunday and it was a day for running, swimming and promenading. First early morning run here in Tenerife and the going was tough. Nothing to do with the heat just the hilly terrain and getting lost for a while before picking up the road back to the hotel. Might also have been something to do with all the food and drink that's been consumed!

The one downside of where we are in Costa Adeje is there is no where to stroll to visit cafes and shops. As a result, we got a taxi into Los Cristianos and walked along the lengthy promenade stopping off for morning coffee, lunch and ice creams. It was then back to the hotel for a quick swim before getting ready to go out to see a show - Music Hall Tavern - which the guides have been plugging.

All in all, its been a lovely relaxing Sunday. Here's hoping the show is good, as the reviews indicate you will either love it or hate it. I fancy I might just be in the latter category!
