Picture Perfect.

In reference books and magazines, and on information pages on the internet, the Photoshopped images of birds could have us believing that each bird has been to the beauty salon, prior to a photo shoot.

Here, I present to you "The Real Deal". A kookaburra who arrived for breakfast, clean as can be (so we know it isn't my friend, Larry!) and if you look closely, there is even a glint in this kookaburra's eye.

No Photoshop, no fiddling and tweaking, nothing. Just straight out of the camera natural beauty. Some days, you can get lucky. :)
