Pronouncement
Henceforth, citizens' eyes have been reclassified as Points of Identification and Recognition. Official monitoring points will use these and other PIRs to identify citizens and their whereabouts at any given time thus contributing to national safety and Universal Well-being.

Following this reclassification, it is an offence to obscure the eyes. Eyes have the advantage that they are, naturally, carried at all times.

Unless, of course, these credentials are revoked.
