An Early Start to St. Patrick's Day

On a day that everyone's Irish,
old men and ladies fair.
The color that stands out?
GREEN! GREEN IS EVERYWHERE!!!

There were matadors, bikers,
and bagpipers in kilts...
and wee tiny leprechauns,
all dressed to the hilt.

There were even some camels,
the ones with two humps.
And, as big as they are...
STAY AWAY FROM THE RUMPS!!!

Sticking my nose into a restaurant,
there was corned beef and green beer.
And, the way some people were walking...
We don't need it more than once a year!!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day a couple days early.

By the way, what's up with the two girls dressed as matadors? Not a speck of green on them, and the two Boston Terriers dressed up as bulls? What gives? For once, I didn't have a single question for the two young ladies.

Even as cute as they were, I followed my late mothers advice. If you don't have anything nice to say...don't say 'nuthin.
