Retreat

A beautiful day with some lovely friends.

Preparation for the retreat,

Shock at the horrendous murder of a hundred year old Scot's pine which ruined the view for a new person (incomer) to the village. Speechless.
Thus the view facing the other direction........ it's not bad is it?

Thank goodness for our wonderful yoga instructor who gave us some meditation to sooth our chakra.
