Get knotted

A good mix of activities at our retreat today
2 sessions on looking at a passage in 1 Samuel about how to deal with conflict
A craft session based on celtic designs (it was linked to our sessions but the explanation is too hard to do in a few words) including tying knots - difficult
A walk and then a run round part of Loch Faskally (the run was in some free time)
Plenty of eating
An evening of fun - silly games, sketches etc
