BLOOD ORANGE MARMALADE

 Bit of a let-down colour-wise... I heard on Radio 4's "Food Programme" that this year's blood oranges are almost bloodless. They were quite right - & after two hours simmering the skins lost their crimson to a reddish brown :o(

Seems to taste pretty good though :o)
