Saddleworth Moor

Drove over to Bolton today to visit my aunt in hospital and as I was making good time I left the highest motorway in England to go on Saddleworth Moor. It always sends shivers down my back because of the child murders there in the past. I got out of my car to take a photo and this murmuration of starlings added to the shot.
Very little sun but just enough of a break in the clouds to light up the moor.
