St. Patrick's Day...

Although the actual day is on Tuesday, Manchester's huge Irish community (my grandfather was Irish, from Cork, so I count myself among them) was out celebrating today. There was the annual St. Patrick's Day parade today and festivities going on in Albert and St. Ann's Squares. Across the city there have been all kinds of events going on in a cultural programme. And a few glasses of the black stuff may have been consumed....
