Gilmerton Village- Ravenscroft corner

This is a different view of Ravenscroft corner as I walk up the gravel track by Westland Cottages for the first time.  The gravel track dead ends next to the remains of the old wall that belonged to an estate house now long forgotten about.  I suppose I never really saw the point in walking up here before as it doesn't really go anywhere, but there are some interesting houses and remaining sections of the wall.  It was also nice to get a different perspective on Ravenscroft corner which I have photographed many times from various angles.
